Project Overview
The AI-Powered Skin Analysis Platform is a web application developed using Python, Django, and React.js to analyze facial skin parameters from uploaded images. The platform processes facial images using computer vision and image processing techniques to identify specific facial regions and evaluate visible skin characteristics.
Using OpenCV, MediaPipe, and scikit-image, the system processes images, detects facial landmarks, extracts regions of interest, and analyzes eight key skin parameters: blemishes, wrinkles, oiliness, texture, redness, dark spots, dark circles, and dryness.
The platform generates percentage-based analysis results for each parameter and presents the findings through interactive charts, helping users understand the analyzed skin characteristics in a clear and structured format.
The solution combines backend processing with an interactive React.js interface to deliver an organized and user-friendly skin analysis experience.
